Nature of the service

AssetObserve provides software-as-a-service for authorized IT asset inventory, scanner coverage, risk findings, reporting, agent telemetry, and related support. AssetObserve must only be used for systems, networks, cloud accounts, identities, and data sources that the customer is legally authorized to assess.

Public information about AssetObserve is provided for general product communication only and does not replace a signed contract, data processing agreement, service order, or professional legal, tax, compliance, or cybersecurity advice. The service is primarily intended for organizations and professional use. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, we do not commit to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025; outdated ODR links should not be used without checking current law.
